Personal Information
We do not capture and store personal information about individuals who access our web site.  We collect information about you only to process your order.

When you place an order the information we may collect about you may include:

• your name
• address
• phone number
• e-mail address
• credit/debit card details (Credit/debit card details are not collected by us but by PAYPAL to process payment. PAYPAL use high security to protect your financial and personal details.)

Your Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not store personal information except for order fulfilment.

We will only e-mail you if we have a query about your order, or to reply to your e-mail that you have sent to us, or to send you a requested file, or to confirm that an order has arrived.


Viruses and 'Cookies'
We sell downloadable files which could potentially contain macro viruses.  Users should always virus check any files that they download from this or any website. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site and to protect our downloads. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Delivery of downloads
These are normally delivered within a very short period of time for your immediate use. Very occasionally there may be a longer delay and Learning Together will work with customers to alleviate any problems in this area. Learning Together cannot accept any liability what ever for any loss of any kind suffered by a customer caused by such a delay except for the cost of the downloads bought. Extreme care should be taken to follow download instructions accurately as this is usually the cause of download failure.

Delivery
Orders are sent by first class Royal Mail and usually take from 1 - 3 days for delivery. 

Cancellation
If, for any reason, you want to cancel the order, you are entitled to do so within 7 days after receipt of goods. You will receive a full refund provided that the goods have not been used and are in perfect condition suitable to be resold. Returning goods will be at your own cost.

Damaged Goods
Our products are carefully packaged for delivery. However, goods may be damaged in transit. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition or has items missing we will replace the goods or provide a refund.

Complaints
