CEM 11+ Exam Verbal Reasoning

These CEM Verbal Reasoning tests have been written especially as preparation for the CEM version of the 11+ Exam.

Many of the 11+ Verbal Reasoning question types already used by other elevenplus exam boards are used in some format by the CEM 11+. Practicing a variety of different Verbal Reasoning questions will be very beneficial preparation for your child as they approach this important test.

Verbal Reasoning is problem-solving based around words and language. These tests provide practice in a wide range of Verbal Reasoning question types.  There are 6 CEM practice test to download for immediate use. Each test contains 60 Verbal Reasoning questions of the type that the CEM 11+ has been known to have contained in previous tests. Answers are included with each test.

Our How to do Verbal Reasoning book is a Step by Step guide explains the skills and techniques needed to improve a child's skill in Verbal Reasoning and will be useful for introducing a child to Verbal Reasoning or revising key concepts that must be learned and understood.  Our titles may include question types that are not required by the CEM version of the 11+.
